Hi Sara I am glad I did not go for this particular set,as only 1 of the 4 makeup products was I attracted too, and that was the green liquid eyeshadow ! It is STUNNING! And if Chanel ever sold this individually I would buy in a heartbeat 💓 I do love the little pouch but not enough to purchase the set. Again thankyou for your review and for making my mind up as to not spend my money on this and spend on other luxury products instead. This Set reminded me of the latest Collection to be released by Chanel. It centres around these more vibrant shades. The three nail polishes included a brown, although the green was more of a golden/green. They released several browns in the eye-liners, orange and an acid green which they referred to as neon shades. At least the orange nail polish can go with the other Set that you purchased. The liquid lipstick actually looked orange in the tube and I think it would have been nice if it applied as orange instead of shifting red. There's no way that I'd be wearing the brown. As much as I like brown shades and the various hues it comes in, this one is far too dark and would have to tone it right down to be remotely wearable. I haven't tried this variation of the liquid lipstick yet and only tried one of their others at Christmas. This applied very well and dried down wonderfully. I get concerned about some of these and how long they take to set. I like how you applied the eye-shadow to be amped up by that lovely Quad. It needed something else to ground such a light shade as mint. This was a rather mixed array of products that weren't easy to necessarily blend into one's collection. Maybe it was curated this way to mix in with the release of their Jardin Imaginaire Collection? As for the bag at the start, you could always attach some chain as straps and wear it as a cross-body bag or shoulder bag. It has a nice casual look about it and I love the colour. I don't tend to go for collections like this, yet prefer to choose my own products that I know I will wear and be happy doing so.🇦🇺💖👩🏼‍🎨

This is a pretty set, especially for Summer and going into Autumn. It's a nice cohesive colour story, although I'm bias towards orange shades. The only product that I was hesitant about was the liquid eye-liner. Not that I mind these, it was the much deeper coral shade that I felt didn't go as well with the true orange of the other products. I'm a great fan of the Baume Essentials and just ordered two today from the latest Chanel release that was dropped on the weekend. I love the fact that these can be used all over the face. The best tip I received for these was to draw some product onto the palm of the hand. Place the hands together to warm up and spreading the product evenly between the two palms. Then dab the palms over your face to give it a soft glow. They are very handy to soften a matte or liquid lipstick or wear alone, a beautiful subtle highlighter to give that wet look, deeper shades can be used as blush and can even be used on the eyes. What's great about these is that they can be built up with powdered product to brighten the shade. I bought Lilas last year along with the Delices Quad. Sometimes, I would add a little to the eyelids and when the lilac shadow was added, it would be intensified. The same for highlighter. If I wanted more colour, I would add some of my finely pigmented lilac highlighter and if I wanted more of the wet look, just dab on some more baume. I find these so lovely and soft to wear. I have never heard of this shade of Morning Dew before. Is it a limited release? I did buy Mermaid Glow earlier this year that is a similiar shade, yet for the first time Chanel had added some fine sparkle to the product. I would be very interested to see how close in colour these two baumes are. I haven't yet tried the Coco Flash. I have to be careful when using these extra glowy lip products, even with liner and primer. I can just get away with the YSL Volupte Lipsticks but the Chantecaille Lip Chic was a complete failure. It refused to apply evenly to my lips and did it's best to make a run for it completely off the lips! I would use lip primer, Dior's wax clear liner and a lip-liner but nothing helped. The funny thing is that I bought a L/E Lip Balm from Chantecaille that I loved so much, that I bought another. I have always loved Chanel's lip products due to the moisturising affect that they provide. I really liked the liquid lipstick that I bought at Christmas in the golden/bronze shade of Inflexible. It's great on its own or mixed with a deeper toned shade. I'd quite like to try more of those. It's nice to see you wear a slightly brighter colour and this shade range does suit you. Don't mind the fact that I'm freezing down here and just the other night was battered with gale force winds and blizzards on the nearby alps. Just as well that I don't wear make-up seasonally. Have you thought of trying some other luxury brands such as Givenchy, Guerlain, YSL or Pat McGrath and Natasha Denona who create exceptional eye-shadows? Byredo is also a beautiful brand to try, especially their 18-pan L/E Eye Palettes. Their last one took my breath away it was truly that beautiful. I know you like your Chanel and Dior but it can be interesting to try out other brands for a change. Take care, Kris.🇦🇺💖👩🏼‍🎨

I wouldn't purchase them myself unless it is being gifted, just because this kind of makeup look might take long to replicate and I tend to do a quick makeup. You are so good and clever having found your way to optimise the products altogether. The result of this green city set is amazing on you, you look gorgeous! Nice look But the eyelook you probably could get with green facete also. The red lipstick is great But the Brown awful….it gives bad vibes.

Interesting that you would get the makeup cheaper bought separately.. sure you get the pouch but it’s faux leather. Dior gives their pouches for free and they’re a lot better quality too

We couldnt get this in my country. They didnt think it would be able to sell it here. With all right. I am not sure the mix of products where the best. The green eyeshadow is hard to work with. The Brown liquid lipstick is only flattering on few persons. Its better to But the item you really like. Colors are thou limited But similar is avaible. Orangeröd eyeliner- how many with paket skin is going ti he looking good in that! Already the orange style eyeshadow is frown at. Dave your money and buy products you like since i Daubt that all that buys these packaging is Love all its content

I have the City break set and really like it. I got it because of all the LE shades in the liquid lipstick which is my favorite and the liquid eyeshadow which goes with the mono mint shade and the new neon green eyeliner. Also the nail polish color is so fun for summer. The green lunch bag is so cute! These are so cute. I got mine from Selfridges and very happy with the items. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I went to my Chanel today just because of this video Sara! I fell in love with most shades and picked up Legende and Merveille. I regret not spending more time there for I also want some other shades that are coming to my mind now! I’m thinking about Edith and one pink Baume!
